Exercise supports mental health, gives us an opportunity for some “you time” and keeps us fit, strong and ready for when the lockdown is lifted.
No dumbbell? No problem! Be creative and use an “Odd Object” you can find around your house. We’ve seen water bottles, buckets and many other interesting objects in lieu of weights, plates and barbells.
