Welcome to the programme. This six week block has been designed for athletes that wish to obtain the ring muscle-up skill and further develop their efficiency in the movement. Each week, three days of programming have been developed, broken down in to three key areas: Kipping - Transition - Strength. This programme can be completed in conjunction with your primary programming stream.
